
Raspberry Muffin Recipe

Total: 30 minutes
Servings: 12 Muffins

Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Milk (2%)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Cups Raspberries (frozen)
- Powdered sugar (optional)




Directions:
- Preheat oven 375*
- Line muffin tray with paper liners or spray with butter
- Melt butter, Let sit to become room temperature
- Combine flour, Sugar, Baking powder, and salt in a bowl
- Whisk egg and sugar together, add butter gradually, add milk and vanilla
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into Wet
- Fold in raspberries
-Bake for 20-30 Minutes
-add powdered sugar (optional)
